I think that may be a Berghia Nudibranch that dines exclusively on Aiptasia. Just a guess?

Doubtful that is a berghia. It's more likely that it is an aeolid nudibranch which feeds on coral - http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2005-05/rs/index.php
He's flushed now for sure. Others have indicated it is possibly a polyp eating (zoa-eating) nudibranch.
Although I haven't seen anything missing from my zoas, I have an orange funghia that now has part of its skeletal structure showing. Looks like something was munching on it.

You'll want to inspect all of your corals for any possible egg sacs and any other juveniles or adults.
