Can't really tell from the vid but it looks like a bivalve of some sort. It appears to be exhibiting spawning behaviors (releasing gametes into the water column). As long as it doesn't encroach on anything or bore into a tridacnid clam you should be okay.

nah it was no bivalve, it looked like a sea slug. it was weird.
ill try and get another video

Nice ID....I couldn't make out an exact shape and I thought I saw a symmetrical shell. Love my stomatellas
