ID this strange hitchhiker?

I have my picoreef full of these sort-like shrimp, they are very tiny, around 5mm. Can you help me ID them?

Google Gammarus amphipods, and compare them to his pics. Doesn't look the same to me. Those appendages on the head remind me of slipper lobsters.

I have the same thing. They're harmless, probably some kind of pod.
