ID weird blue thing, I guess it's a plant?

It came in on the shaving brush. Really small, the new growth is bright blue. I think it's just tangled in the leaves, not really attached, but I haven't disturbed it to find out. It has super fine feathery parts all over it.

The brush its on is fading, so idk whether to keep the blue thing if it goes mushy, or how.

Thoughts?
