What kind of zoas are these?

also what kind of worm is this and is good or bad? its the size of a grain of rice.

I'm not really sure about the worm, but the zoanthids are Radioactive Dragon Eyes.

After seeing that worm again this morning I almost want to say it's a Flatworm of some sort, but I'm not really sure. You might want to compare what you have to some pictures online and see if anything matches up.

Not a flat worm.Could be a small bristle worm.Hard to tell need a better pic.

I'm going with bristleworm.

And the others are zoanthid sp. mostly green. very pretty.

thank you everyone! I put the worm into a little reef jar pest tank thing I have going so it should be good. I'm gonna go with either bristle worm a flat worm that just stretched out.
