Peppermint angel, Paracentropege Boylei (spelling). Comes from extremely deep water and is super expensive ($4000-$8000) - if you can find one. The few that have been kept mostly go to Japan. Reported to be very hard to keep alive.
Nobody in Japan is keeping it, but a man in Yokohama successfully kept two adults specimens for over three years, I hear. I am sorry; I do not know him.
