idea about... renting lights

So I have a tank that I am very happy with but as they always say the grass is greener on the other side. Currently I am running a black box Chinese style leds over a 40 gallon cube. I have supplemented with t5 and am getting good growth and decent color as well as not much shadowing. SO I have no reason to switch lights... Right? but if i knew for 100% that I would enjoy the color better and really find the flexibility of fine tune adjustments a major benefit then I would save up and purchase something like a Kessil 360. But why spend the money if I might not see a big difference.

Do any companies do a 30 day or your money back type of guarantee? So if you don't love it you can return it? Or do any companies load or rent equipment to just try to decide if you want to buy?

Any thoughts?

I have read reviews I have watched videos and seen pictures and even seen a few different light over other tanks. But seeing over your own tank... I would think would have the biggest impact.

If you can get it through amazon and shipped through amazon then you could return it within 30 days.

If you ordered kessils through amazon via premium aquatics the premium aquatics return policy would be in effect and the package would have to be unopened.

I'm not sure but I think Drs Foster and Smith let you return electronics up to 60days.

I'd say returns are tricky. I know a lot of places charge a restocking fee as high as 25% or they don't offer returns at all once a product is open. So it could be a costly trial if you don't like them.
