Idea for stream placement

Hi Roger, since you're The Man in the Know, I wanted to run this idea by you.
I'm planning on rearranging my rock work so that it's on a PVC/eggcrate platform with a more open structure. I was thinking of putting a power stream, secured in a PVC pipe on one end of the structure, with the powerstream facing into the rock work to diffuse the current and prevent dead zones.
