I reused my old sand with no ill effect during my move. I just rinsed it with salt water twice and sucked of the gunk and put it back in. No problems and no ammonia spikes. I had no sensitive corals tho. Just some leathers and kenya trees. Inverts and fish did fine as well. I didn't lose one bit of carpet algae either. ::spin2:
