Ideas on what These Are?

I noticed tonight when i shined a flashlight that there are these tiny wormlike critters chasing the light.I'd get a picture but they are way too fast and small.About 1/4" in lenght and maybe 1/32"wide.
Follows light and swims very fast.
Any ideas what these are?
Copods?

Most Copepods and Amphipods will hide from light. My bet guess is some kind of larvae, usually shrimp like larvae are light seekers.
