Identification on this crab?

[Agathos]

While working in my sump today I found this crab which I haven't seen before. The carapace is about 2.5 cm wide (1 inch) and quite beautifully colored.

Anyone know the genus and species?

It is similar but the colors are not as intense and I don't see the black border around the orange patches so I don't think so.
