first, can someone identify these pls.
when we bought these zoas there were 4 big polyps...then new ones came along. 3 weeks ago we did a tank swap and went to a 75g. since then we've lost nothing and had no spikes or problems. last week however, One polyp started shutting and has finally closed up all together. the others are still fine except today the a couple of the new polyps don't seem as happy. I've checked for pocs and nudibranches and we're all clear. today the 3 large ones had stringy brown stuff coming from them..someone said that was waste. now that's gone and they look great.
any ideas and should I cut off the closed polyp??
thanks!!
