Identify this sore?

My chromis has a pimple like sore near it's anal fin and it has what look like a flesh sore coming out.

I don't know what it is and these are the best pics I can get. Is it something I Need to get out of the tank as far as contagious goes? I will try to get better pics but he never sits still

It's very hard to tell by these pics. Try to get one without actinic. How long have you had him?
So you are prepared read the stickie on uronema as it has been affecting Chromis' lately.

Better pic. Could be uronema. Is it worth trying to treat? should I worry about it with my other fish? Any preventative measures?
