hi, i bought a rock with a mushroom and it came with a mysterious brown blob that kept shifting around ALOT, i was able to isolate it and it turned into what looks like a rock anemone, can someone please confirm what it is and wether its a nuisance

Mojano, which is a pest anemone. They don't seem to multiply as quickly as aiptasia does, but it will eventually. Best to inject it now.

i isolated it the day after i got the rock, but the rock it came on is still in the aquarium, how does it reproduce? does it split or shoot spores into the water? im a little worried now

They reproduce via pedal laceration; when they move, bits of them are left behind which makes more nems.

ok good, so if i nuke the rock it came on and the rock i have it on in boiling water my tank should be safe right?

That might be overkill, but it would work. You'll lose everything else on the rock, though.
