Not A. sebae, looks very A. clarkii to me.

Anemone looks very M. doreensis as well.

What is the best remedy for the corkscrew anemone, seems happy, eats like a pig, is always large. I feed him shrimp,squid,fresh fish, and fish eggs. My water is ok, checked it this morning. Thanks Jimmy

Looks like the discoloration is localized, in my experience such events are from dosing, top off, coral frags or other critters falling into the anemone.

A few larger photos may help.

Scott I poked him the other day chasing a gorilla crab and he dissapeared under the sand for the rest of the day and returned the next morning much smaller than normal, but little by little is looking better.

Anemone has lots of color on the disk and most tentacles. If it is eating 1cm x1cm chunks of meaty foods a few times a week, opening during the day, then I would not worry too much unless the white patches spread.
