Not if you have colonies. I did 1G water changes every day for several months. They work great at keeping parameters squared away. But it will not replace dosing on high demand corals.

Sure but you might have to change a lot of water depending upon your system demand.

Unless you have a seawater intake it would not be very practical.

Better yet, hook up your calcium reactor and forget about water changes, that is what i did, and it works for me

It depends on how packed your tank is. For the first 6 months I was able to get away with just Kalk in my ATO and water changes
