If only I had central heat and air

COMAS Rocks!
Came home from work last night with a reef tank sitting at a whopping 71 degrees! (normally sits at 78-80). We now have every spare blanket, sheet, and towel hanging over windows trying to keep that room warmer. (this is a 200w and 150w heater in the tank, I've been scared to put anything bigger in there but may just have too for winter)

This happened once before and nobody seemed to stress out too badly, the tank was sitting at a more normal temp this morning so hopefully I can prevent this from happening again.

(poor fishies looked like they needed a parka themselves)

I checked all my tanks and made sure they had covers of some kind to hold the heat in. Had to turn up the heaters on a few of the tanks. Hope you are staying warm, and keep those babies warm!

The babies tank was pretty cool too, about 74, but i don't think that heater is working, the light warms up the water a little, being such a small tank and all. It's been more consistant than the main display tank. Speaking of babies!, I saw a itsy bitsy starfish in my baby bangaii tank this morning. Looked like a small beige colored serpent star or bristle star. Havn't noticed any of them before. Not much bigger than the babies, lol.

LOL, i've been staring at a home depot catalog all morning at work, looking at just those, Lazyreefer. Thanks for the tip though.
