Hey guys,
I just went up to East Lansing (where I am from) and decided to check out the local saltwater scene. One store was AMAZING. It is a fully stocked traditional pet store with a huge emphasis on aquatics. It was like taking the selection of all AT, the customer service of SC, and the prices of WalMart and creating a sweet shop. The presentation of the entire place is also amazing, including a freshwater river running from outdoors into the store, a school bus turned into a reptile exhibit and a beautiful 1000+ Gallon SW Display tank (that you can buy the items from!). They even have a birthday party room! Why can we not get something like this? It was such a treat. Not that our stroes are not great. They are.
The shop is truly a family friendly visit. There is something awesome about every section of the store. I am so sad to have left the area before I got into this hobby. Oh the store is called Preuss Animal House. Here is a link.
