When I was a kid, our LFS (fresh & Salt - no reef yet) had an Arowana.

Along with it being butt-ugly, it was even nearly that spendy. I want to say it was several hundred dollars, but $80k is just plain moronic.

As for the Gem tang, I could easily kill a fish a lot cheaper than that. I don't need to spend that on a fish either.

I would have to fill out some paperwork with a divorce attorney before being able to buy one of those. The thing is, once the paperwork is done, few can afford much at all.
