Well, I have come to define Micromussa as little drops of heaven sent to us for our viewing (and feeding) enjoyment. LOL j/k...I honestly don't know how to tell you 'what' they are except that they are an LPS, requiring moderate flow & moderate lighting, regular feedings of tiny bits of meaty seafood, and there are a few RC members who regularly frag & sell theirs so post on the want to buy forum. If you get no responses there, you can try ebay, usually you can find a frag or 2 there for sell but don't buy unless you can find good feedback for that ebay seller on the Vendor Experiences forum here on RC. Your best bet for a quality frag w/good color representation is to get it through a RC member with lots of fragging/shipping experience, though. Hopefully some of them will read of your interest & PM you...Cuz you deserve some little drops of heaven in your tank! *hint*hint* guys...

Okay guys, the Micro collection has officially grown. I just got some awesome micros from Doc and wanted to share some macro shots of those and a few others I have. The ones from Chris just came in three days ago so they need to grow and settle in. The other two I have had for 3-4 months. All the pics are taken under 2x250W 14K MH only.

First off The Laffy Taffy fromm ReefKingdom.com, three babies along the lower left side (you can just see their tenticles), plus two more you can't see on the other side of the one polyp I have.

JenDub's Razzleberry. Which looks amazingly similar to the Sweet Tooth from Chris below.

The incredible Independence Day from Chris, the red in this vibrates off your eyeballs :D.

Purple Haze. One of the polyps is all mangled. I hope the deeper purple of this comes out in time. Great color combo.

The infamous and incredible Pink Lemonade...this pic sucks but in time when it grows I'll get better shots of it.

And finally, the Orange Mist. I just love this one. She is just getting ready to eat. The orange/yellow in this is stunning. I can't wait for it to get big :D.

Thanks a ton to Chris for the awesome frags. Well worth the wait and the money :bum:

:) they all look awesome! Wow you really caught the colors in that Orange mist... Reefing really brings out good photographers :) The others will "Color up" more with time also right after fragging they lose some zoo but it comes back. that Independance day should ring bells its so vibrant blue.. looks a little gray for now Love your watermark :) ... remember high flow and lots of foooooood they are soo hungry
Chris

Heres a better shot of my blueberry pies. They have fluffed up now, and you can see the blue. 10k halides with no actinic.

Stacie, You'll get one or two or three :D, no worries. They are gorgeous. Dang these micros are so colorful. I just love them.

That Blueberry morph is a really nice one. i've seen a few on ebay...hard to always tell on ebay with the pictures though.

The blues here are not like the ones on ebay. Theres no red on the colony, and they are solid blue even the babies.
I believe the red and blues are the ones everybody has been getting in from tonga. (Just a guess)

This is not a micro... sorry

But I was just taking its pic and was... soo happy with its growth.. many of you probably have seen it as a baby, now its actually a colony!

Thanks Jen and Charles...not sure which of you posted:). It is really growing like gangbusters. The pic doesn't show the nice purple in between polyps.

Chris, Very pretty blasto. I have lost the two blastos I tried which was really discouraging as one of them was the awesome flameboy blasto and I loved it. That is probably why I love your Orange Mist so much...very similar color combo.

you guys think the last one I posted is a micro.. it's really borderline micro or lords... either way, I love it!

thanks guys.. more to come this week... wish me luck..

Marvin

Here is my first, its been id as both favia or micro..

It looks more like a micro to me.. and its skeletel structure is like the one pic posted on this thread when it was taken out of water..
