Just walked by the tank after lights out and noticed one of my cleaners hanging out on the sand which it usually doesnt do... i turned alittle flash light on it and saw its rectal area really swollen and i was like sweet its pregnant... next thing i knows flutter flutter flutter.. and a million babies were swimming around in the tank.... WOO go natural coral and fish food

Hey, way to go..

theres plenty to see after the lights go out. thats when lots of things happen and show up. before i added the hawkfish, i had 4 pepermints and 2 cleaners. once they start spawning they go about every 3-4 weeks. so with half a dozen shrimp, there was a feast for the fish every couple days.

I keep a flashlight and magnifying glass handy to check out the sand bed night life too.

i just changed my lighting schedule the other day for all the lights to be off by 7:30... before they wouldnt be off untill after 9 and im in bed every night by 8 so i havent gotten to see to much night life in a while. but definently cool so far
