Trying my hardest to stay small and economically efficient.
I purchased a 20L from my local Petco with their PALS $1/g tank sale.
I also still have my AquaClear 70(300gph) that will eventually be a HOB fuge.
I have a ~1" bed and it is filled and has been running since yesterday afternoon.
I ordered an Eheim/Jager heater that was on sale, as well as a Koralia Nano 420 and a temp monitor and a TDS meter.

I now have five things left to buy:
1. 30" T5 or LED light fixture(no halides this time-I do prefer them though)
2. Live rock
3. ESV B-Ionic additives
4. Test Kits(Mg,Ca,Kh)
5. Refractometer

If anyone has any of these that they can sell I would be greatly appreciative!!!
Heck, even recc's for which new light system to choose would be appreciated if no one has anything to sell.

I have some dry rock if you want to pick through it. You will need to seed it with a piece of live rock though.

Great to see someone returning to the hobby rather than bailing. Can't wait to see this tank progress. IMHO I prefer T5s, with the variety of color variations 420, 460, aqua blue plus, pink, 14k, 12k, 10k, etc I feel you can achieve maximum color and growth.

Jon...thanks, shoot me a PM with your number when you get a chance.

CFK...thanks. I actually prefer halide and still might run a single pendant with some stunner like strips for dusk/dawn. I am open to LED, T5 and halide. I prefer the halide and birght enough LED's because the two things that always catch my eye are a good shimmer and movement in the tank from the corals and colorful fish.

I just redid my rock work an have a lot of extra rock. Stuff with shrooms, zoos, and different sponges and anything from rubble up to large pieces. I think $3 a lb for the nice coraline and coral covered rock and $2 for the dull stuff is a good deal

Halides are nice! Just not in my budge for the aquarium or the electric bill! I just can't get over the idea of little LEDs helping corals grow. I know they do but for some reason I just can't use them.

Welcome back. I bought stuff off u years ago a couple of the times u closed up ur tank. I remember getting that Christmas wrasse that ate my clam and the giant frogspawn. If ur out in the berks area stop by and ill hook u up.
