First a little Tank history, 5 months old 54 gal tank with HOB 5 gal refugeium w/mircle mud/Cheato Live rock 80lbs,liighting 6-T5 HO 24watt ATI bulbs, canister filter running chemipure/LR rubble and PURA pad
Nitrates very low normal for last 3 months
Amonia = 0
phos = 0
PH 8.2
temp 78-80 night/Day
Problem is GSP was open beautful yesturday when I left home has trippled in size since added to tank three months ago, get home and no GSP extended just the purple base. All other corals Zoo's, Duncan's, one sps encrusting all fine, fish are fine,snails.crabs all fine. I did a 20% water change NSW last night re tested all was fine. this mroning GSP totally closed. The only thing Ive added recently is a Snow/Starry Blenny I don't think he ate them, but he did look very fat last night, any ideas? or sugestions?
