the day...................AGAIN!
In the Vendor Experiences forum you can read all about my wonderful (sarcasm) experience with AquaMedic's customer service.
But as always PA comes to the rescue & steps in. In summary AQ pretty much told me to take a flying leap & wanted me to bear the burden of getting my ballasts fixed.....but oh no PA would not hear of such a thing, not a quote but -
"we'll get the part shipped out & you let us worry about dealing with AquaMedic"
So not only do they provide good service PA stands behind products they don't even manufacture.
Of course now that I think about it....I think it's an incidsious plot to separate us from our money
Somehow in the euphoric haze of getting something done I ended up with a PC 1/4 horse chiller & a GenX pump on order :eek1:
