well, i get minced clam, sea scallops, and squid, all fresh from Whole foods. I take equal portions and put it in a food processor, add some spirulina, to make sure they get some greens, and i add some kent garlic extreme, to help build their immune system. I place itin ziplocs add a lil water to make sure it freezes flats, place it flat on a cookie sheet and let it freeze.
When its needed, i forze it thin enough that i can break off whatever size portion i want to. i let a portion thaw thouroughly then feed it the tank. Everyone goes crazy over it, even the cleaner shrimp.
