Important Notice- No repairs from May5- May24

I am leaving for Interzoo and for some factory training on May 5th and will not be back until May 24th. As you may know I have only one employee, he is not an aquarist or very knowledgeable about the products and repairs. As a result, no repairs will be done during this time. If you have something that needs service please send it in ASAP. Anything received while I am gone will be handled in the order received as soon as I return. I will be responding to posts and emails during this time and orders will still be filled, albeit slower than usual, this will be because David will be the only one working and when the orders are emailed to me, given the time change he won't have the order to process for roughly a day after it is sent in.

Of course, it is Interzoo. There are a couple improvements to existing products and a half dozen new products that will be unveiled in May.

Just bumping this. If you haven't shipped it by next Wednesday (04/28) it would be best to hold off until May 19th or so to ship. We will be receiving repairs but they will not be done until I return.

Just giving this thread a bump. Also, someone sent in a 6025 and 9002 skimmer pump with no return address info, the label is a computer generated USPS label with just a bar code and delivery address. If this is yours, please PM or email me so I can get it out before I leave.
