I'm relatively new to sps (1year) and am now getting to be a victim of my own success. Some of the early "fast growing" species are taking over and shading spots I would like to place some new more exotic species. What do you recommend to "prune" your overgrown corals? Is using something like a wire cutter OK to cut some branches off or is this a sacrilege to submerge something like that. Obviously over time something like that is going to get corroded.
