In Tampa on vacation - thinking of taking coral home. Issues?

As the thread says, I'm in Tampa (or rather New Port Richey) on vacation.

I'm actually leaving tomorrow and am thinking of dropping by a LFS (if I can find one open) and picking up some Ricordia before I get on a plane and go back to Arizona.

Couple of questions:

1. Can Ricordia (or other corals) be found cheaper here than in AZ? We typically pay about $25/polyp for decent looking Rics - it'd be nice to get some cheaper than that.

2. Any suggestions for them surviving the (approximately) 5 hours they'd be in a cooler?

3. I've cleared bringing them aboard the plane with my air carrier (U.S. Airways), but I'm not sure about the TSA. I assume that because these corals are live, I'd have to ask them to inspect the package rather than X-Ray it, and I figure they'll want to take a good long look at it. But according to the airline, as long as the bags won't leak, it should be ok (also they told me to try to avoid something like a RBTA or other anemome that could sting, but I think that if they're just Rics, I should be ok).

4. I intend to contact the TSA about this, but I know some states have issues with bringing fauna into other states - I **THINK** that because these corals will be going from one closed system into another closed system it should be ok - especially when considering that any potentially agriculturally aggressive agent cannot live outside of saltwater and therefore would not pose a threat to anything in AZ.

Anything I'm missing?
