In wall and mechanical room project

I’m planning on building a 90gal to a 120 (or whatever I can find for sale on RC) into a wall and adding a mechanical room behind it.

I see occasional good ideas for mech rooms on these posts but does anybody know of any links where there is some general guidance on “things you should know / consider” before you design the room?

Or links to many mech rooms to get more ideas?

Have mine in the cellar, first thing I built was a wet/utility sink. Could not imagine not having running water and a cleaning station in the room where the maintenance is done. Not sure if that will be possible where your looking to build but something to keep in mind.
