In wall VS Stand

Ok so here is the scenario.. We are having a new house built and the plan was to put a 240 gallon tank in the wall between the living room and family room (see through).

But im starting to get freaked out about what if we ever decide to sell the house and move? We are only in our mid to late 20's but the house is plenty large enough for raising a family the lot is huge and really nice and as of now I dont want to have to move again... But you never know..

Im freaking about how hard would it be to sell a house with a inwall tank... OR if i decided to tank the tank with the move... selling the house with a hole in the wall... You cant just dry wall the hole up cause the wall would be like 3 feet thick lol.

Im looking for any advice from others with inwall tanks and if they had the same worries.

Depending on how it is constructed, you could turn that space into a closet. If the fish space included a room on one end of the tank for equiment, you could just sheetrock the 2 holes. Then the fish room door would become a closet door.
