Indian Trigger White Blotches

My indian trigger has white blotches all over his skin. I have tryed a freshwater dip and it did nothing. He then developed a white thing on his eye which im guessing was a fluke and prazipro took care of that no problem. Any ideas on what could help him? FYI he is still eating like a pig. Thanks

Can you provide a pic? "White blotches" could mean so many different things. Could just be stress.
