Indicus Trigger with five stubborn spots

I have a 5" indicus trigger in quarantine. He's got 5 spots that look like a fungus to me (all in one area) about 1" behind his right eye. So far I've treated with Clout and Furan 2 (not at the same time), but it's not going away. I don't think these meds treat fungus, so does anyone have any suggestions on what I might use. Thanks

Can you post a picture? I've seen an issue with other triggers in the same genus developing white pimple like lesions that NEVER go away - they can be in groups or singly across the body.
