Injured chronis

I have several chronis together in quarantine. I'm aware of their aggressive issues. I am moving them soon into main tank where there will be more room and more hiding places. As it is I have tons of pvc pipe in with them. Two have little brown places where they are missing scales from being picked on. Is there anything I can do to help them heal or will they heal on their own if not killed altogether?

That's kind of a loaded question. On their own their ok, with company there's always a PUNK... Assuming all is good, just feed them well, make sure your parameters are within reason and cross your fingers. It can heal/work.
