Injured Clown

I have a very small Maroon White Stripe Clownfish who seems to be missing the majority of his tailfin (everything back from his 3rd stripe)

Is this something that can grow back?

Ive no idea what happened to it but I venture to guess one of his tankmates didnt like him.

ANd that brings up another question... if it cannot grow back, what do I do? Should he be put out of his misery or could he plausibly live a long and happy life without a tail?

I too, have the same thing happening with my clownfish, is there anything that can be done to help it?
