Inkbird displaying high temps

I have an Inkbird ITC-306T controller that is displaying the temp (top display) is over 100. has anyone else had this happen, and can you reset it? I cant find any troubleshooting for the device. only the 308.

I did verify my tank is at 78 with a glass thermometer, but I hate having to try to read that thing. plus its suction cup is not working so it just floats around the sump.

It can be calibrated if its off.. See the manual for temperature calibration procedure..
Its parameter "CA" and allows -/+15 deg C of correction..

But it could be that the sensor portions "waterproofness" has been compromised and the sensor is now causing a false reading..

If its 12 months old or less then its still covered by warranty..
