I am heading to Inner Harbor next saturday. Anyone know of any LFS in that area I could check out ?

Baltimore!

Isn't Dr Mac. somewhere down that way?

I here that is a "must visit" if you ever have the chance.

Dr. Mac is pretty far from Inner Harbor.

You could always check out the aquarium...its not bad.

There arent too many great stores in that area...most of the better ones are closer to DC or on the east coast of Maryland...like where Dr. Macs is.

I can, however, suggest a few nice bars! Be sure to check out Crabby Dicks while you are down there and of course Berthas.

I live in Bmore for a while...nice town...tough to stay sober!

Depending upon how your're going down, I have two suggestions. The first one is off the Perring Parkway North exit of 695. Its called Exotic Aquatics. Very, very nice. Cheap SPS frags, as well. The other, If you end up on the west side of 695 is Aquarium Center, off the Randallstown exit. The first one is better, but if you're in the neighborhood of AC, its worth the stop.

Dr. Mac's is also very nice, but its not even close to the harbor. Its on the Eastern Shore near Salisbury.

It's a decent drive, but whenever I go to MD, I check out Roozen's Nursery. It's hit or miss with them, and they never update their website, but when you hit you can find some awesome rare things....

Thanks for the info....Yea, the reason I am going is to check out the Aquarium, I figured while I'm there I might buy something also.......hahaha

I recommend Roozens as well.

They are a wholesaler so their tanks arent all pretty, but you can get some stuff at AMAZING prices.

Hey bmac...They do have behind the scenes tours there too. I looked into them for the club (a club trip) but it got pretty pricey to do in volumes. It'd be about $15 more than your regular admission per tour. They have a shark behind the scenes, and a dolphin one too...I know they have others as well, but those are the only two I looked it.

..just in case you were interested. :)
