I drilled the holes and tighten the bulkheads down, but i think i lowered the box to low so now i will have a visible water line when it is running.the top of the fins are about the same as the bottom of the trim. any way to get this water line higher? should i order a silicone versions to fix this problem?

Thanks

Cut/attach a piece of plastic (clear acrylic or order up some black or whatever) for the outside that will allow you to raise/lower to cover up the bottom of the teeth.. As you block them the water level will raise higher..
Mechanically securing it with nylon screws or zip ties is recommended to allow adjustability..
It does not need to be perfectly water tight.. Just to block the flow of some of the water to the lower portions of the teeth to cause the water to need to go higher..

That sucks man, just do what mcgiver said. Or tear that box out and put a new one in with correct measurements

This usually happens because you're not running anywhere close to the max GPH through the overflow nor should you. mcgyvr has the correct solution.

exactly or if appearance is a concern you could probably put it on the inside I would think.
