Hi all,
I posted this on the official Neptune forum but haven't gotten any bites. I really want to try to get this squared away. Hopefully someone can chime in. Since I posted the below, I tried hardwiring my apex to the new router & it recognizes it, but when I bring it up on the browser, it doesn't connect. Please help!
I had my ISP setup a new router several months ago, which had wireless capabilities. However, I still had my old wireless router connected, which my apex exclusively used (even after the fact). Well, this morning my apex wasn't connecting to fusion. I know it was either the old router or my netgear gaming adapter which was connected to the apex. The wireless network wasn't showing up & I had a feeling several months ago that it was on it's way out. So I reconfigured the gaming adapter to connect to my new wireless network and powered off the old router (so it's out of the picture).
Now it has been a while, so please help with any input on the following. Once I plug in the gaming adapter connected to the apex, should it connect to fusion automatically? Or do I have to connect my apex via Ethernet to my PC & somehow get it situated again. My netgear WLAN button is set to green for 5 seconds, the switches to red for 5 seconds (& back & forth). So I'm wondering if the Netgear is on the way out also.
Thank you for reading. I appreciate any input.
Thanks!
