Interceptor alternate for red bugs?

i had one tablet of interceptor left (23mg) from about a year ago and noticed red bugs on a acro colony. Treated the tank and had good luck. found out today that the company that makes it is down and has been for 10 months. does anyone know what else might work? perhaps Iverheart+ (ivermectin/pyrantel) i need to do follow up doses to kill the rest.

Ive tried the interceptor spectrum shipped from canada with no noticeable affect on any corals.Same active ingredient as interceptor plus praziquantel which is only gonna harm any worms in the tank(feather dusters,tubeworms etc.).I dont have any featherdusters or tubeworms so I cant really say how badly it will affect them.There are other threads on people experimenting with spectrum I dont recall hearing any horror stories.

I used interceptor spectrum also no issues other then my some dead crabs. I would use it again. And I use it now as a dip.
