Interceptor dosing question

I can get it from my local vet but they have the smaller pills for a 25-50 pound dog. Can I just use twice as much since the pills are half the size? Has anyone done this before? Thanks in advance for your input guys.

I did. Instead of half of the big pill I used a whole smaller pill.

There is something like 23.5 mg in the large pill and 11.5 mg in the smaller pill.

you can dose more than the recommended amout. i had a pretty bad problem with them a couple months back. first dose did knock them out like i wanted. i did 2.5x the amount i was supposed to for my second and third time.

i was pretty lazy and only did a water change on the first and last dose.
