Interceptor/redbugs

Anyone know where I can get some Interceptor?
Found redbugs in one of my tanks and was unable to talk my vet into selling me some.
I may have a way to get some, but have not been able to check out that option yet.

I know the vet that I got it from wanted proof from online to say that is what I needed. Not to hard to talk him into it, he had a 150g in the waiting room.

It the vet that said no is your normal vet, I really think that I would find a new vet, and tell him about it. He is supposed to help you with your animals, who cares if they have fins or fur. Every vet that I called out by me said that they would have no problem selling to me, but they wanted to see that I at least had a dog to get the office visit from me.

The vet I used is on the corner of Lima and Cook if you need to give him a call. Nice guy, just take your proof in from a online scource. Also, you would not belive the look that they give you when you tell them you need flea meds for your reef tank.

Also word of advice, if I had it to do over again, I would treat the display. Don't move the corals if you don't have to. It will not effect your snails, but it will supposedly take our your crabs and maybe your shrimp. But that is a small price to pay to avoid killing your acros. It will cost more to dose, and to do the water changes, but I should have bitten the bullet and did it that way.

i take our pets to same vet. his tank could use some work though....the one off gump is good too

So far, I haven't gotten any. I tried your link JCR's Reef.
I will let everyone know if this works, if not, I would like if someone could bring me a single pill to the meeting next week.
Thanks everyone for your help.

So how are the bugs coming Chad/ Did you set up a QT tank for it, or did you treat the system? How many doses did you do?

I treated the whole system. Just moved the shrimp and hermits to the other tank.
1 treatment last weekend. Was thinking of doing a second treatment this weekend, but think I will leave it alone unless I see any pop back up.
Absulutely no issues with anything. Did a large water change about 13 hours after treatment and ran a lot of carbon after. Will wait until next weekend to put the hermits and shrimp back into the system.

Yes it does but not all 100%. I did a treatment a few years ago and once again have tons of pods in the frag tank.
