Interceptor & Shrimp

I need to treat my tank for red bugs with Interceptor. I've only been able to catch one of my three shrimp. My question is whether Interceptor will definately kill the remaining shrimp? I really hate to kill them but I've been trying for five days to catch them without luck and can't take out my rock/corals.

it will kill them there is a fine line when treating in the right amount of time the shrimp are lethargic and easy to catch. to long and they do not recover
