Interceptor

Hey yall,
In the past I have used interceptor for RB. Now I can't get it anywhere due to the whole plant shutdown whatever. Anyone know where to find Milbemycin oxime? I found redbugs in my tank yesterday...not sure where they came from as I haven't added anything in some time, however they could have been kept in check by mandarin goby or something and just recently exploded to noticable levels. I guess I can always try bayer dips, but I liked the simple in tank Interceptor treatment since you dont have to start ripping your tank apart.

I used another product called Sentinel. It has the same active ingredient and worked great. My vet put my dogs on it instead of interceptor and it is still available. It has an extra ingredient in it, but I had no ill affects.

I forgot to mention that the pill is also by prescription only and has a lovely liver flavored coating that I had to scrap off. It killed off all bugs and corals look amazing once again.

cool I actually used to get interceptor for my dog but the vet doesn't carry it anymore so i switched. I will have to try that other one. My vet has given me prescrips in the past for my tank so it shouldn't be a problem

I was just in my vets today and told them I needed Interceptor for my aquarium. They gave me four pills and have never given me any issues about getting spare meds.

They are running out however and will be switching to Sentinel.

Sentinel will guard your fish from getting fleas. Interceptor will not.
