Has anyone ever treated their tank for red bugs that also had ich. I was going through my reef chemical shelf and I was just wondering if ich (Cryptocaryon irritans) was affected by the introduction of interceptor much like red buds and other pods.

I guess this is just some food for thought.

Good questions, It may kill ick at the same stage in its life cycle that copper dose but then you would have to treat it every day for 3 to 4 weeks. The next question, will copper kill red bugs?

I would guess that yes copper would kill red bugs, but would also kill the coral
