Interesting pics of fireworms

I have access to electron microscopes so I took some pics of fireworms and limpets. I have posted the fireworm ones and have not yet had time to post the limpet ones. I hope to get pics of other things too in the next week or so. If there is something you are dying to see a scanning electron microscope pic of let me know and I will try to get a pic of it (if possible) in the next week or so.

Thats awesome!! Cant wait for more pics.

I had the chance once to look through some oogles, there neat too, you can see indivual sps polyps real close (it would be hard for you to get a pic of an extended sps polyp, or could you?)

I will try. I have to go through a fixing process and I think the polyps would retract during that, but I could talk to my professor and try critical point drying, that might work. I will post any new pics I get.
