Here are some pictures of the construction and installation of the one on my 220.
The overflow was 48" long x 4" wide x 5" deep, and was made out of 1/4" glass that I had cut from a local glass shop. I used GE Silicone I Window and Door for everything, and Keith (DEERE G) provided me with a piece of black acrylic to cover the front of the overflow.
