Internal overflow box

Ok, I have been looking for over an hour for these online. I can't seem to find what I am looking for. I currently have a bulkhead w/strainer attached in the upper right hand corner of my tank running to my sump. I am looking for an internal overflow box that I can attach to the bulkhead from the inside of the tank to the bulkhead fitting (replacing the strainer that is halfway underwater/ halfway out of the water). I already have the external durso standpipe plumbed in on the outside of the tank but I am hate the noise the strainer is making still when air gets sucked in from the strainer being half in half out of the surface. What I would like to do is get the internal box and adjust the height so that it would surface skim obviously and then put a 90 elbow inside the overflow box facing down to reduce air suck-age. Are there any sites I can order a box from. Even if I have to drill the box myself that would be ok. All I can find are the old school U tube overflow kits online.

Although it would be very easy to fabricate one out of a few pieces of glass and silicone.
