Hi,

I have my two 6100 with the Multicontroller 7094 at the tide mode now for more than two months i notice today the pumps are not switching from left to right side,Only one pump is on and pulsing ,the interval light is on i have it set for two minutes interval.
I try all of the connections they are all good.
The Tunze system is six months old any ideas?

This could be a problem with the pump or the photocell. See if the pump works when you unplug it from the controller. If it works I would suspect the photocell socket has some salt in it, the plug isn't making a good conatct or the photocell is not getting light.

The photocell is not in use.
The pumps work at the pulse mode just fine.
You think if i just turn all the power off for five minutes the controller will reset it self?
Thanks

It might work, I would double check the connections, perhaps post a photo if you can. Even if the photocell is not in use salt creep on the socket can cause these problems.

Hi ,
It is no way to get any salt or water to my Tunze electronics they are around the corner away from the tank.
But so you know i left the power off for ten minutes after i plug everything in that includes the photocell, is now working ok.
.
Here is some photos as you see the tank is on the left side about three feet from the controller and the drivers are around the corner.

OK, I wasn't meaning to be accusatry but it is what I usually see is the problem, it takes very little salt, just some saltwater on your hands can do it, fortunately electronics cleaner can usually fix a minor problem like this. That is why we switched to hard wiring most sensors like the osmolator and the new 7095.

The board has some quirks like this and sometimes it just needs to be reset, it isn't as bad as Windows but it is a similar thing where their is sometimes an error and you have to shut down.
