Intestinal Parasite

It looks like my red tail trigger has an intestinal parasite. It's stomach is really bloated and it isn't passing anything. The other day there was a large round (orange) disc looking object partly coming out of its intestine. I thought it passed it but it might not have. I think it is an internal parasite that grew in its intestine and now he can't pass it. Any thoughts or help greatly appreciated!!!

in qt, you could try fendenazole; add the measured dose to food (mysis, for example) and bind it with common pure/unflavored gelatin; feed it to the fish.
