Hi Drue. Welcome to the forums! For my in-tank flow I use powerheads. My choice is seio powerheads. They provide a nice wide flow and are much cheaper than their competitor Tunze powerheads.

The tunze nano streams at the bottom look purty cool though. They are new and I have yet to see them in action myself. Do you know what kind of corals you are interested in keeping? Different corals require different flow rates as I am sure you already know.
